I've never been trained in one man clearing but I think he's spot on. I can't really find anything wrong with his methods.
If he would have said that just the sound of racking a slide would be enough, than I'd have something to say.
But all in all I think it's very insightful.

Lovell is pretty legit, at least as far as my armchair expertise is concerned. Ex special forces (ranger?) if I’m not mistaken
Looked good to me but did he ducked into a hallway that he didnt clear after opening the door?? That would have been the only thing i noticed.
