How about the next time there is a pedestrian that gets hit by a car treat the driver as if they used their car like a firearm?

A firearm is a tool as much as a car is a tool.

To me when you put that car in Drive or 1st, and I'm standing in front of it or behind it, that vehicle to me is like a loaded gun. Pushing the accelerator is no different than pulling a trigger.

I read the announcement. I didn’t see where lists of prior customers were handed off to the AG.
