Online retailers shipping to NY

TS-USA is starting to have more stock, and they have decent-priced MiUSA ammo cans (or rather, DID - price went up a little), so I re-upped my TS-USA Prime account last week. Between the discount and free shipping I've gotten gotten close to covering the cost of Prime already.

Their ammo prices are still a little high, but I was needing some .380 ammo for a new purchase (ooooooh), as I didn't have as much of a supply of it as I thought. I ordered some .380 through bereli.com but they're fighting me on shipping to NYS, even though their site specifically says FFL only needed for NYC.

I’ve seen the stock but priced climbed back up to untenable levels for me.

I ran into the same thing with them. I told them to cancel my order. I'm not going to support them with my business.

Anyone who actually reads the SAFE Act would understand that until the statewide database is up and running to do background checks, the rule against shipping directly to peoples' homes is NOT in force. I got some ammo shipped to me yesterday.

Outside of NYC of course.

Funny enough I just tried to order some .380 for my pops (for fathers day) from FREEDOM MUNITIONS and I guess they dont really believe in freedom because they require an ffl. FUfreedommunitions!

I used Simmons Sporting Good on 12/27. Had 9mm in stock for a reasonable price for 2021, also free shipping on orders over $99. Got to my porch on 12/30. This is a TSU killer with the free shipping. I will use Simmons from now on.
