Target sport has a pretty big inventory right now and they will put on your doorstep. Not cheap but nobody else is either unless it's in the store.

I don't know about you guys, but I am still boycotting at least half the vendors you listed shipping to NY. Some of those companies were seriously gouging during the 2012-2016 shortage/panic. We are talking almost $1/round for 22LR or $85-$100 for 1 box of CCI Mini Mag, and $100-$150 for a 500 or 525rd Federal bulk pack 22LR. I will never give those companies a dime.

So the preferred option would be to keep their prices cheap and not have any stock to sell?

So you are saying charging 10x to 15x more is fine? $85-$100 for 1 box of Mini Mag 22LR that went for $6.99 pre-panic is like charging $150-$200 for a box of inexpensive Federal 9mm 115/124gr box of 50. That's OK with you.... ?

I was researching some suppliers to see if the asking price I have on some ammunition is reasonable compared to available ammo that a supplier is willing to ship to individuals in NYS.
I noticed that primeammo.com ( on the list ) will not ship ammo to NYS. Private individual or FFL. There may be others on the list that have similar policies. I did not take the time to research them all.

Prices are starting to come down.. TS-USA has CCI Brass 124gr for $0.39/round - it's getting there!!

Thats encouraging, i wont buy until it goes back to a reasonable price ($.20) would be acceptable to me for now. Ill run drills with airsoft and practice marksmanship with live ammo on occassion for now.

I haven't seen anyone post Able Ammo (TX). Their website sez no but I've ordered from them a few times recently.

Downside- prices are a bit high, as well as shipping charges.

Can confirm. I can't remember if he is the owner or just manager but one of the top guys for that site lives in Syracuse (working remotely obviously). He had a nice little subreddit last year ("/r/realgundeals" I think) where had had 9mm (and others) in stock for decent prices until he got banned for giving away pistols. Even though he's an FFL. I know, commie-reddit-gonna-commie.

I didn't see this one listed yet, but Bulk Ammo For Sale | Free Shipping On Bulk Ammo | Ammo Board ships here - just received a shipment of cheap 12ga "low recoil" shotgun shells. (and I don't even have a shotgun yet LOLOL) Not a large selection but that's everywhere right now.

Side note: I stopped into a local gun store to pick up another handgun and while filling out the 4473 I overheard an employee telling someone ammo couldn't be shipped to their home. (they had a wild assortment of calibers, some I hadn't heard of or seen before) Of course he doesn't have any 9mm (at least not visible); didn't know enough about the other calibers to know if prices were obscenely high. I bit my tongue, they're great to deal with for transfers ($40 for pistols, not great, not terrible).

I do see that you are one of the only ones that has 204 in stock. Not that I need it or can use 40gr but its nice to see.

Reloading supplies,,, such as H4350 is what I keep my eye out for,,, seeing how I am running low.

I have a buddy that doesnt reload and is always in need of Federal 243 85gr ammo. Thing of it is, Federal sells more than one 85gr bullet. The difference between the different loads screws up his accuracy. Something I told him it would do while trying to sight in his thermal. Told him he needs to reload !!!

Reading Test and review of unsafe on why ammo sales were never banned and was a lie from the beginning such as all the covid lies:

NYS Penal Law 400.02, paragraph 7

No commercial transfer of ammunition shall take place unless a licensed dealer in firearms or registered seller of ammunition acts as an intermediary between the transferor and the ultimate transferee of the ammunition for the purposes of contacting the statewide license and record database pursuant to this section.  Such transfer between the dealer or seller, and transferee must occur in person.

Two sentences, the first says there must be a database to be checked. There is none, so the whole sentence with the clause "for the purposes of" means the second part must happen for the first part to be true. This then makes the follow on sentence, with "such transfer", also incorrect and not need to be followed as means the preceding sentence had to be followed and it cannot be. I explained this once by email to NYS Senator Seward when he was in office and he totally agreed.

Staying on thread, I have exchanged emails with the Buffalo Bore Ammunition owner and he said, he will ship to NY if you are into big revolver hunting calibers loaded for power, for say, 10mm, 44 Mag, 454 Casull and others.

Ive explained to many people and retailers (along with attaching the pl, and the MOU) that it was never made illegal to ship to private individuals. Everything hinged on the database being operational, and it was never set up. The state govt even issued an MOU (Memorandum of understanding) stating its not illegal, but many retailers still do not want to ship here. I can only think that the state attorney general has made unofficial threats of prosecution of retailers to make it harder on gun owners.

I am fine with it. Someone can charge whatever they like for something they own. But it's only worth what someone is willing to lay for it. You know free market and what not.

To each his own. I respect others' opinions.
As for myself those vendors will never see another penny from me. When the going rate on Mini Mag 22LR was $10-15 (still twice as much than pre-panic from the majority of the online vendors (my local shop charged $10.99 when he got it in which was rarely), some vendors chose to charge $50-$100.
The irony was that CheaperThanDirt (aka CTD) was 1 of the vendors charging those prices and were actually the highest on the internet. Yeah that reflects their name so well...
