Opinions wanted on Ghost trigger for Ruger SR9C

Anyone do a Galloway ghost trigger on their ruger.. specifically a sr series? Im looking to lighten the trigger a lil bit and smooth it out a bit too.

This seems like the way to go but want to hear from others that have done it.

Always thought the trigger on my SR9c was pretty good so I haven't touched it.

True...it is a good trigger compared to many...maybe I need to reconsider lightening it up. Get more range time with it and then decide...

@2WheelGnnr I took a quick look at the Lionheart Short Stroke trigger from Galloway. Looks interesting and at $22 what have you got to lose? Go for it (and let us know how you like it of course ).

According to AG James, a Ghost Trigger would be a 1" x 1/2" x 1/4" piece of aluminum plate. Sorry, I know you were asking a serious question, but I just couldn't resist...

I had the drop in trigger bar in my Sr9c before I sent it in for warranty work after I got it back the trigger was so much smother than before I sent it in that I never bothered to re install it.
I don't remember it being a whoa this is great difference when it was installed,the better kit that requires custom fitting may yield better results though.
I have thought about getting thier"smooth it" parts and re installing my trigger bar but I am lazy so its on the back burner.

timboy - yes I see the Ultimate which is drop in has cause some frustration and does always go in as hoped..the Rocket says it needs gunsmithing and then I saw the smooth it kit too... and wondering about the gunsmithed one as well. as thats really all I want is the trigger a bit smoother and good release of trigger vs really have it "Lighter". so now debating that all as well.

I run the ghost connector in my full size sr9
Polish all parts my trigger weight runs at 3 1/2 pounds.
The flat face trigger looks interesting but would like to here reviews on it.

I installed a Ghost ultimate trigger from Galloway in my SR9C about 5 years ago it lightened y trigger a little, right at 3 lbs, however it eliminated a slight staging, now the trigger is smooth with a surprise let off, several people I have let fire my pistol have all commented very favorably about the trigger.
