It's basically the cidiot liberals that infest the cities. Population density is directly related to mass stupidity.

In Pa its not just the cities, look at what happened in the Poconos. Since back in the 80's they were selling cheap housing and drawing in low income people from NYC. I worked with a guy in the late 80's. early 90's who moved there from Long Island in the early seventies. Said it was real nice til the mid 80's when it turned into the South Bronx, he moved back to NY in 1990. I would bet the Poconos wasnt the only area like that.
