“The Pennsylvania Superior Court, in a strongly worded decision, ruled Monday that a lawsuit filed by the parents of a 13-year-old Mount Pleasant boy who was killed accidentally when his friend fired a gun at him can move forward.

It is the first appeals court in the country to find that the federal Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act is unconstitutional and could, ultimately, have sweeping ramifications on suits brought against gun manufacturers.”

Sue everyone who didn't actually commit the act.

Make sure to sue PA for not making enough laws.

Sue the police for not being there to protect the child.

Sue the hospital for not being on standby for this incident to occur.

Sue the clothing company for not putting Kevlar in the child's cloths.

Sue the Federal gov for allow the firearm to be sold to a person with children.

In their lawsuit, the Gustafsons argued that the gun that killed their son had a design defect because it lacked a safety feature that would disable it from firing without a clip inserted.

I want my semi-autos to be able to fire without a magazine. It's part of the reliability as a last resort function. I'm thinking cut the hands off all small children would solve that part of the inherent design flaw.

If we're going to sue manufacturers of guns I want to see lawsuits brought against car manufacturers that have cars capable of 80+ and will never be used on the track. Also alcohol manufacturers when drunks use their product and kill somebody.

Ummm nope sounds like the handgun operated how it was designed to.
