Padlocks are a lot like typewriters in any somewhat non-public situation.
All you need is a decent bolt cutter. No matter how many pins, don't need to pick when a lock can be cut.

Heat a lock with a handheld torch...20-30 bucks at most then hit it with a hammer. Works everytime!
