I don't think anything is going to stick and it goes to show a DA can bring you up on any BS charges. This is all a dog and pony show. They can't openly admit that nobody is obligated to protect you. Goes against only cops should have guns to protect you narrative. How many people other then those who are carry advocates knew cops have no duty to protect?

As was brought up on another forum I'm a member of, someone from FL opined that this may be a way to strip him of his 104k a year pension, as if he's convicted of a felony he loses it.
