Yes. Once someone is affected by "your" stupidity, it's absolutely an arrestable offense

If the bullet left your property, I say it's reckless.

If the guy was trespassing and was hit somewhere they couldn't see him, but he shouldn't have been to begin with, then I'd say you're right.

If he was hit because of some freak ricochet or something, then maybe it wouldn't be criminal, but if the bullets were leaving their property, then it's reckless.

It sounds like he got hit in the abdomen, so there are multiple organs effected.

Update:

Here Is the latest on Kevin,He is out of ICU. and is now is in stable condition.He is now talking and eating solids (he can eat anything he
wants) ! Walking is difficult, as he has to learn how to walk again to a point.They will be moving him to a Physical Therapy unit soon,so he will regain his strength.He was able to walk around the nurses station yesterday,so things are progressing well. That's all I have for now, I will let you know of any new news.
