The majority of the parts came in the other day. Got a chance to build the upper last night real quick after work. Just waiting to get my hands on the lower receiver to complete the build.

I shop around and find which site has the best prices. But all of those parts in that box except for one of them came from Primary Arms. None of my builds are safe queens. I intend to use them like they’re supposed to be used. So when I buy parts, I have no problem getting a “Blem” part. But honestly, the majority of the time you literally can’t find the blemish on it anywhere. So it’s a great deal! One of the best places that I have found to get a high quality “Blem” part is actually BCM’s website. Really high quality company. Their upper receivers usually go for about $120-$150, but if you go to their website you can grab one of their stripped upper receivers with the M4 feed ramps (which comes with the upper parts kit to install the forward assist and the dust cover) for only $59.99...it’s a STEAL! Another website I like to use is DSGArms.com

Rosco Manufacturing makes really nice ones too. I used Rosco Manufacturing for three other builds.

Very Nice! Can a non-LEO have a flash suppressor or muzzle brake on a pistol - with the fixed mag? I know it is banned on a rifle in many cases but I don't recall if it is banned on a pistol build. Thanks.

Decided to throw my old magnifier on here since I got the Vortex Micro 3X on my other Geissele 10.5”. Probably gonna scrub the old paint off of it with some rubbing alcohol or acetone, so it’ll match a little better.

Cant have featurless with an ar pistol because it also has the magazine outside of the pistol grip itself.

It is a 1/3 co-witness mount. That’s the one that comes with the optic. I prefer 1/3 co-witness anyway. I have the Geissele 1/3 T1 Micro mount on my other build. It’s creates a more natural point of aim for me. I find myself scrunching my neck down low to get the proper sight picture through an absolute co-witness. Doing that for a while starts to put a strain on the body...no bueno. The other benefit of having the 1/3 co-witness is it’s a less obtrusive view through your optic if you do have your irons up.
