Oh 100% it is. Her excuse fails for a couple reasons:

1. It's up to citizens to know and follow the COVID rules. If you or I did it, we'd be in a bad spot, even if we used the excuse that we didn't know. Why the F should she get a pass then?
2. I doubt she didn't know the rules. She's been one of the people pushing for masks, etc. That reeks of "rules not applying to me".
