I think a few states start putting out numbers late evening. My guess is we'll have a good idea late tonight/early morning.
It's possible it drags out for days, though.
The congressional delegation from each statewill take a vote and the winner of that vote will get the one Vote from the state.

Nothing is "usual" about this election. Plus, I believe 2016 wasn't called until around 3-4 am IIRC. I stayed up until it was.
In normal times. With so many early votes and with so many absentee ballots to count after the polls close I would be surprised if we knew tonight, especially if it is close. A landslide either way would probably be required to know tonight.

I have already begun the celebrations. I knew prior to midnight that he had in fact, been reelected.

Nancy could be secretly waiting for plan B to become in effect. She could become president of the United States if the electoral college fails to name a president by Jan 20, 2021. She is welcoming any sort of litigation which would delay a final call until then. It would be easy for her to be named president since Democrats control the House.
