Israel once had the highest incidence of school shootings. Israel allowed teachers to carry & put armed guards in schools. Israel has almost no more school shootings. Could be a lesson there...just saying.

School Shootings: An American Problem?
I wouldn't bother with the article, knowing it's from Harvard it's probably pretty biased for gun control.

What I was finding is that it's too difficult to draw real conclusions from the Israel case solely about armed teachers because they post actual security guards at "soft target" buildings like schools, as wizrd mentioned. Obviously, the combo of armed teachers AND security guards/police is successful.
