You must have missed the last sentence. I have a lot of experience with attorneys and the stories they think up as defenses and also with jurors who swallow them hook, line and sinker. I was the case agent on several jury trials that were all wins and had many, many more cases with guilty pleas all based on evidence I secured, reports I wrote and my testimony. Yet, I saw many others lose case after case because the tall tales pushed by defense lawyers seemed more plausible than did the truth to jurors, all because of sloppy work by some of my fellow agents.You must have watched too much Hawaii Five-O in your hey day!
