Permit amendment times, question and idea.

The lot of you that live in junk areas that you have to submit an amendment to add a pistol to you license, then wait 2 months or so...

Why aren't you all getting together and contacting groups like GOA or FPC, and bring a legal challenge against this shit?

Wait till after NY loses "May" issue... And becomes shall issue! That would be the right time to do away with the ridiculous bullshit wait times. Especially once a person already owns firearms! I simply do not understand the need for a "Judge" to review it and sign off on it. Just doesn't make any sense at all. And taking advantage of the fact that this "approval" process is not clearly defined in legislation is the issue at all.

Honestly the right time to start would be yesterday.. have the paperwork and everything already filed and making its way to the courts,

So once the NYSRPA ruling drops in June, this challange is already in the pipeline

This isn't all counties it's only a few that allow their judges to do this
