Hahhahhha that’s correctIs that a typo or did he really get arrested 17 times?
By boy I meant my grip sorry lol. He never spent time in jail. I guess he had a bunch of tickets and couldn’t afford to pay them at the time but still had to get to work. This was probably about 5 years ago.Lol. Exactly what didn't register with him after the first 16 times? Did he spend any prison time after oh, I don't know, the 10th offense?
I don't mean to be cruel - your son may be a very nice guy and I have no idea what the law says. But I'd bet the powers that be don't want someone with such a calculated disregard for the law to own firearms.
What about target permit?Though they are minor offence's it may depend on how long ago they happen and has he stayed out of trouble since! My County the Judge looks at about 10 years.
What about target permit?
Lmao I figured that. But I told him to try anyway what’s the worse that can happen. They say no.[/QUOTE]Trolling... Real simple!
But I'll play... Arrested 17 times, even without a single conviction, you're wasting your time. I wouldn't give you a gun when you have such disregard for the law! But hey, that's just me.
Good luck!
It’s absolutely not bullshit and honestly I didn’t believe it either. He just got his fingerprint appointment so he said he got arrested twice so we went to the clerk to get his disposition it said 17 times but they were dismissed. I couldn’t understand how you confuse 2 with 17. I was just trying to help him with the process. You lead an interesting life. All sounds like billshit but interesting none the less.
^^^This.Lol. Exactly what didn't register with him after the first 16 times? Did he spend any prison time after oh, I don't know, the 10th offense?

Your probably right. I even told him why didn’t he just get a ride. Well that would be the logical thing to do. I don’t think he was doing anything but back when that was happening he was one of those Honda kids that had to have a car that made so much damn noise and so obvious. Well guess he learned the hard wayHa ha ha
Yup. A. Good upstanding citizen. I see no issues.
The thing about it is even if he was going to work to try to be a good kid, he was still fucking up doing something that they pulled him over 17 more times. If you were just flying under the radar they never would’ve pulled him over.
I absolutely do maybe not years ago when all of this crap happened but I’ve seen him grow from a dumb ass 20 year old to a 35 year old man father and husband. I trust him with my life and also with the lives of my familyDo you think he should have a permit?
Robin
I wouldn't. I'd get rid of the whole illegal permitting scheme if I could wave a magic wand because it's unconstitutional. The 2A doesn't say that it does not apply to felons that served their time and have been released, the mentally ill that have been deemed acceptible to safely be amongst society , or people that have been arrested anda released for driving without a license.Id sign off on him.
Honestly it’s not fake. He literally got arrested 17 time for the same driving without a license. But that was years ago he’s been good for a long time. It wasn’t 17 timing in one day it was over a couple years.I wouldn't. I'd get rid of the whole illegal permitting scheme if I could wave a magic wand because it's unconstitutional. With that said, this is probably a troll that was previously banned before for starting threads on fake incidents.
I know. I was just asking and instead of not saying anything because they don’t know most of them have a SmartAss comment. We ruin ourselvesJust think, if you were in a free state, this wouldn't even be a question. Cut and dry. No felonies/disqualifying misdemeanors? You get it.
And we have some on here saying they wouldn't "sign off." Love the holier than thou crowd.
NYers are their own worst enemy.
I guess my sarcasm didnt come across. good response thoughI wouldn't. I'd get rid of the whole illegal permitting scheme if I could wave a magic wand because it's unconstitutional.
