Permit Recertificaion

Last time just to make it harder I submitted everything on paper and had a entertaining time sending things back and forth to the SP as I have some odd ball pistols. I am sending in my recert early online this time. They must have amassed quite the database of pistols and have for whatever reason have changed many of the manufacturers to their liking.
I have a few surplus military pistols, mostly imported by Century. My permit lists them by the importer as they should be (by federal standards) but the SP apparently do not like that.
For example, I have a CZ82 its now listed as Ceska Zbrojovka. Sure that's who made it but its nowhere to be found on my permit or the pistol itself.
A M57 is now "Tula Arsenal" Thats great, they took a Yugo pistol mfg by Zastava and made it russian. There a a few more equally messed up. Whatever.

I did my 5 yr recertification last week, 6 months early. SP now says I am good till 7/27.

Some NYSP say that the 5 year recertification frequency is being reduced to a 3 year frequency by the recent midnight oil legislation.

Working on it now. Had to remove some old ones and add some new ones. I have two for sale in an upcoming auction so have to wait until they are sold.

Sent in the recert online 4/11/22 ( still have my NY I.d. #). Received confirmation email from Nysp with Confirm #. Just checked status…. Last recertificati 2017, nothing else shows up. Guess I’ll have to call them. Or stop caring. Have TN Enhanced Carry now!
