My thoughts- It's not the number of positive tests that come back that matter. It's the hospitalization rate that matters. Doesn't matter if 5000 people test positive if you only put 20 people in the hospital. They can handle that load easily. Of course they'll inflate the hospitalization rate too to fit their agenda. Why weren't they standing by waiting for this data and why didn't the whole state know about it before Thursday night?

Also, where did the previously published criteria come from if it wasn't this "expert panel" ?

What are they going to look at now ?

If you're "experts" say "new case rate below x" is the criteria, what are they going look at ? You don't need an expert to look at a report and decide if one number is greater or less than another ?
