Picked up my Glock 21 Gen4 today

After waiting almost 90 days to get my damned purchase authorization; no thanks to the useless fucks over at the NYPD licensing division.

I was finally able to pick up my Glock 21 Gen4. I scored this used for dirt cheap.

Threw on some bling pieces. I'm tempted to get both barrels for my 20 and 21 cerokoted TiN.

Are the g20 and g21 slides interchangeable on the grip?

Yes, the g20 slide is gen3. I used a Strike Industries adapter.

Hell yea. Versatility is awesome. A 21 with a 10mm slide is the way to go. Are you gonna cut them for optics or stick to irons?

Two cuts and two new optics aren't in my budget. I'll be picking up a K31 instead.

Even if I got low tier like the Swampfox Kingslayer 3 MOA, I'm looking at $300 for a pair, and medium tier Holosun 407K X2 6 MOA $500 for a pair.

Next thing I'm gonna do for my 20/21 setup is a laser stipple job for the frame and supressor height sights.

I just priced a G21 Gen 5 MOS from my FFL. Thinking about pulling the trigger and getting it. I have a couple of Gen 4 Glocks. Hoping I like the Gen 5.

Gotcha, makes sense. Does Swampfox even still make the Kingslayer? It's a fantastic little optic. Mine has been idle for a while, but I think I'm going to mount it on a Ruger 22/45 Mk 3 I'm waiting on an amendment for. I wouldn't put it on a serious use gun though. I had it mounted on my .44 mag out hunting one day and it died on me. Granted it was cold, but no auto-on and a relatively short battery life discount it for serious use to me. For a range toy or small-game getter though, absolutely.

I have a Kingslayer on my Glock 34 gen5 and Sentinal on my Hellcat and both have worked fine.
