Just curious about what you all would recommend for a good pair of Night/Fiber Optic sights for a handgun. In my case it would be for a Glock 30S. Been thinking about TruGlo but could be persuaded otherwise.

Though I've never tried other night sights in person so have nothing to compare them to. I have regular (non-night) fiber optics on a revolver and my Ruger 10/22 Takedown, quite like it in moderate light. Obviously in darker situations it doesn't help much.

I just put a set of TruGlo Tritium Night sights on my Glock 19 last week. I have Tritiums on my Sig P229 and love them, so I figured might as well put them on my Glock as well. There is nothing that can be a better investment than a good set of night sights, IMHO!

Night sights and fiber optic sights are different shooting experiences, one doesn't substitute for the other.
You'll shoot targets better with fiber optics but they're not much good in the dark. You can shoot targets with night sights but they're coarse and harder to see in daylight.
Just have to get a second gun;-)

But TruGlo sights are both, combined!
I have metropol tritium sights on two of my 1911s. IMHO they are good for finding the pistol in the dark and that is about it. You should never be shooting a target in the house that isn't illuminated and identified. Once you've illuminated the target there it is less likely you will need the glowing dots.
I have the truglo sights on a couple of rifles (and my bow) they are great but cover up the target at 100 yards.
