If I hoard a few thousand plastic bags. I figure I'll sell them to the people for three cents a bag.
That will net me about $30 per thousand bags which could buy me a few boxes of ammo.

Corvallis Oregon has a plastic bag law. When I send my daughter packages I stuff the excess space with plastic bags.

I said it before, we need to disconnect from the 5 boroughs , they want to be told what kinda bags to use there, Why not put a tax on toilet paper, tissues, disposable diapers, all could be done with re-usable products that would just need to be washed, Don't stop with the plastic bags!
