Most interesting part was how controlled that kid was. Solid grip, good stance, aim, etc. Didnt look like he had any reservations or fears about what he was doing.
Again, I'm not defending police overstepping their bounds or shooting innocent citizens but this to me is another reason why police may be a little "jittery" when handling certain seemingly mundane incidents.
