This really isn't funny. If Trump signs it without using the "line item veto", I'm gonna be pissed. And that's not even mentioning what isn't there.

What's funny is, there's no "signing it" anyway. It's a spending bill, and its approval rests COMPLETELY in the House. That they even TELL the president what's in it, let alone let him "approve" it? Shows you what a fucking scam the entire system is.

I would asume that executive privilege can only be used to avoid testimony if the executive branch supports it. If one of these guys tries to assert it, I hope those senators have Trump on speed dial so he can say "we'll waive that privilege here...."
