Agents could have hated the Obamas because they are terrible people and it has nothing to do with their race.

There could be one that can't believe a white person could dislike a black one for any reason other than their race.

The deep state and their accomplices in media and acedemia have been playing a very successful divide and conquer strategy for decades.
