It was for the first manual labor a politician did. Hopefully the Smithsonian will turn them into cleaning rags. FWIW the photo looks like a photo op.

It couldn’t look more like a photo op if there were a brace of microphones in his face and half a ton of lighting gear and scaffold in the back ground.

Seriously, what is he supposed to be doing there ? Picking up trash ? Whoever staged that needs to repeat kindergarten.
