Please check and verify the actual text before posting as it's really important to be accurate with the actual text of a case and not project our hopes and desires as facts. An obvious red flag is the "section 98" referring to 50 states. Hint, there were not 50 states in 1866. Judge for yourself what this case was about and the application of the decision.
