Lots of prescribed AND OTC use of hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin in sub-Saharan Africa.

Many take ivermectin prophylactically, especially in areas of endemic "river blindness" (Onchocerciasis), and HDQ, or some congener, in areas with endemic malaria.
