Wouldn't that have cancelled out the rest?Technically a diet with too much anything is bad, but it wasn't the meat that was making me fat. It was chips. It was soda, ice cream, cookies, chocolate, cocaine, pizza, garlic bread, pasta, mcmuffins, the list goes on.
I went from a blood pressure of 140/90, to 90/60 (lowest reading was 85/60), mostly eating chicken breast in various low calories sauces. That was my go-to dinner. As a diabetic, meat helped me more than anything to get good protein and potassium intake.
