The year he sold the company, he bought 2 corvettes including the 63 (?) Split window he'd been looking for.
He stayed on with the company as a "consultant" for over a year. Less than 6 months later, dropped dead of a heart attack at 58. His wife ended up with two barns full of antique and sports cars.
