Not talking about intelligence ... You banish people that had a concept of what one has to do to manage day to day details to make a system work. .
You put in their place folks that have not been trained in making these decisions. Fail is what you get. I have friends that are black South Africans ... They have doctorates . Not stupid people at all. They both speak 3 languages . They are far more intelligent than myself or most folks I rub shoulders with everyday. . They are not living in S Africa today. S Africa is a powder keg. Very unsafe. A vast majority of blacks that have an advance degree left if they could. I understand not all. but many. This leaves you with people that have less training than normal in positions to make business and government run.
Look at the farms . They have banished most white farmers from owning the farms. Farms that their family worked maybe 100 years or more, Many of these farms were large farms . They were worked very efficiently ... Due to their size. . Now in many cases 100 families are working these farms. ... Often by people that have limited knowledge of farming. ... Its here I give you this land ... to folks that never farmed . It is a disaster ...
