The problem is that SCOTUS has ruled that kids don't check their 1A rights at the schoolhouse door.
The school can ban disruption, but in this case the teacher went on a 20 min tirade about the flag. Then claimed that the class was disrupted, when the only disruption was her fit.

Ban public sector unions altogether. The union members *are* the ones running things. They're not protecting their members from anyone but the public being able to hold them accountable.
And if you won't ban them, at least outlaw *any* political lobbying or election interference from them.
