Those that survive the shot will be weakened and/or quite possibly have other debilitating problems making them unsuitable for Military Service at just the right age too!
Our existing Military was ORDERED to be injected or removed from Service...time will tell how that'll work out.
Destroy your Military and severely cripple the next generation...maybe that'll finally get us out of foreign entanglements.

Around 2000 or so the Global Crossing and Level 3 communications CEOs had to testify before congress about a similar scheme involving leasing fiber optic cable from each other that went unused.

But it did let both companies book lots of revenue to their balance sheets, and made it look like they had more of their networks in use than they actually did.

It was largely unreported in the news because it happened at the same time as the Enron fiasco and was just deemed unethical rather than actually illegal.
