Well, he was tried by the US Senate in an impeachment trial and not found guilty. So, he has been accused and impeached by the house and tried and acquitted of insurrection by the US Senate. That's the truth and should be our narrative everyday. The states like CO and ME that say he is an insurrectionist don't have jurisdiction to adjudicate what has already been adjudicated through the only constitutional means available. Their pitiful attempts will be struck down in due course.
