I subscribe to the "YOU FIRST" philosophy regarding laws and regulations. Those who want to criminalize the side effects of farming, fishing, energy production and manufacturing should be the first ones to turn themselves in for the damage their eating, breeding, pets, consumption, electric cars, electronics, computer use, heating and cooling, houses, travel, vacations, vocations, education and their lives in general that depend upon farming, fishing, energy production, manufacturing, transportation, communication systems, etc. are causing and bear some extreme consequences like confiscation of all their wealth on the low end and death from starvation and exposure on the upper end. When they (all the eco terrorists/anti humans) are all gone, we the rational adults that are left can carry on living in the one of the most environmentally friendly and highly regulated places on earth. If you are earth first, step right up and be first.
