It's also through the blackmail, the sweetheart land and development deals, the no interest loans that are forgiven and never have to be paid back, the quid pro quo's, the free use of jets and vacation homes, free trips and dinners, gifts of clothes - jewelry - cars- etc., the insider trading (right before legislation is passed), the campaign contributions from the unions and the campaign contributions from the companies getting no bid contracts or crony contracts and etc. (help me out here with your favorite examples).
