100% wrong. The Bill of Rights was written to codify UNALIENABLE rights, these rights are not granted by government. Citizenship has no bearing on UNALIENABLE rights.Illegal immigrants are not citizens and therefore are not entitled to the protections of the constitution. The distinction between citizens and non-citizens is very easy to make so I don't see any slippery slope about denying due process.
