This photo picks a bad example for two reasons. First, the WSJ has been generally quite supportive of Trump, and is not part of the MSM as its owned by Murdoch (FoxNews). Second, and more important, the story changed between the early and late edition. After the president of Mexico tweeted something he wasn't supposed to after the meeting Trump considered their detente talk voided and said he would build the wall. So the changed headline is justified.
