95% of VA can vote for a Conservative Presidential candidate but if the likes of Blue hell hole cities with free shit and questionable voter rolls like Minneapolis, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Philidelphia, and Detroit flip the popular vote all of the VA electorates will go to the Liberal Candidate in spite of the will of the VA people.
