Maybe the only time in my life where my opinion was the same as the position of the Democrat party, but not for the same reasons. I truly believe the constitution already is THE civil rights act that we should live by, and all citizens should be protected by it equally, something the government had not been doing.
The Civil Rights Act actually contradicts the bill of rights and gives the government power, and more power not here to fore given, at the expense of the personal liberty that all of us "HAD" under the Bill of Rights.
