Lance Corporal Simon Moloney, the English Army Sniper was shot in the neck in Afghanistan in 2013. After a medic stemmed the bleeding and Maloney carried on fighting for 90 minutes. He was awarded Conspicuous Gallantry Cross for his bravery in action.

Sadly L/Cpl Moloney, 27, is now selling his medal for £100,000 to get on the property ladder where starter homes run 400k.
