Dems blocked her initial nomination to the DC Circuit. She was nominated again and confirmed in a deal where the R's threatened to axe the filibuster. Some time after, Joe publicly threatened to filibuster her if she was nominated for SCOTUS. Alito got the nomination instead.

Never heard of this guy until now but I kind of want to try them... not via subscription though. I mostly run a trimmed beard lately but I do shave my neck... among other areas. :smirk:
