Actually I'm glad to see her post this so that now I know what kind of quack she is and we can go from there...Animals do know when they've been spayed or neutered and if they give a shit, they've no way to have any say about it, most behave much better, and given the life failures we have today, I'd say it would be a benefit to society and the Human Race to spay/neuter a good portion of the population.
