Good Salt = Celtic Sea Salt or Himalayan Pink Salt both with 98% sodium chloride, but 2% of trace minerals (close to or over 80 minerals in each). NOT Table Salt which has 99.9% sodium chloride. The body requires salt and that 2% of trace minerals makes a Huge difference. So, put some salt in your water to help lower edema and increase absorption. After oxygen and water, the body needs salt for digestion (stomach acid), absorption (osmosis) and (electric) muscle & nerve function.
