In 1996, Kennedy, then 42, was diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder called spasmodic dysphonia.
According to the Cleveland Clinic, spasmodic dysphonia is a chronic neurological speech disorder that results in involuntary spasms of the muscles that open or close the vocal folds. It causes the voice to suddenly sound breathy, strained, shaky or hoarse as if a person has lost their voice.
Kenney’s sister, Kerry, suffers from the same disorder.


So now we're making fun of neurological disorders?

There is a premise that those doing this are Latino, but the Chinese have made a commercial enterprise of bringing full term pregnant Chinese women to America "on Vacation" to have their babies (at our expense) that can then claim dual citizenship...I expect there are well-to-do from other Countries doing the same...the difference is being here legally, having come through Customs and Immigration, and those who crossed covertly and illegally: either way, birth here from a woman not of US Citizenship should not automatically confer citizenship.
Look towards the requirements of other lands and what they require to become and remain there.

I agree that the Chinese have been doing this ... Perhaps 50,000 per year. . China does not recognize duel citizenship (the last I knew. ) . If the mother returned to China with the child The child would be an american needing a visa . That presents enormous problems in itself. To renew a visitors visa one needs to leave the country often going to Vietnam and reentering after a visitors visa is obtained. Often what happens is the child becomes a Chinese citizen if the parents return to China. .
I know folks on the Texas border that say most of the hospital maternity wings all along the border are filled up with Hispanic illegals
