OfC we weren't in a declared war with the Soviets, but that didn't stop us from executing the Rosenbergs, so maybe it doesn't matter.

We're still at war with North Korea, only agreement is a protracted cease fire...
If we've got Soldiers on the Ground with ammunition issued, we are at war, and there are places all around the World where US Troops can be found...Treason is treason.

War was never declared in Korea.

We haven't been in a declared war since Sept 2, 1945.
