Hard disagree. The Bill of Rights applies to everyone.

The Bill of Rights does not apply to everyone in the world and not to wholly to all who are in the USA illegally. Those who are here with a green card or a visa have specific rights and restrictions and can be ejected/deported for not respecting them. They (illegals) don't have the right to vote or the right to keep and bear arms. They (illegals) have the right to be deported or to self deport. They (illegals) have the right to be detained and arrested and held for breaking the law by entering the USA illegally. They don't have the right to tax payer funded legal representation, or tax payer funded benefits like Medicaid or Social Security.
