It does though. The only thing in this post you mentioned thats ACTUALLY in the Bill of Rights is "keep and bear arms". And the American People have swallowed and accepted unconstitutional laws restricting that right for many years. It should be extended to everyone within the border, same as all the others. Like Due Process. Like Cruel and Unusual Punishment. Like Self Incrimination, free speech, free religion, speedy trial (hello J6'ers...). All of it.

The right to vote does not appear in the Bill of Rights. At all. Go read the first 10 Amendments. It was originally left to the states to decide eligibility within their own borders. No one is arguing illegals have a right to vote.

Nor to social security or free Healthcare or any of that. NONE of that is in the Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights defines rights that are UNALIENABLE. So they apply to everyone.
