The Port Jervis homeowner, who is 83-years-old, and her daughter say the city performed work on an old clay pipe that ran beside the garage in 2015 and accessed their property on East View Place to do the repairs.

I can't even tell you how many times Marv Heemeyer has come up conversation lately.

There should be a group that travels around to bad towns when things like this happen, to have killdozer parades. (obviously real parades with parade floats and such, not many actual dozers.) A marching fife and drum corps would add a nice touch.
