That was certainly one fucked up situation. OK, so Freddy had a bit of an attitude. But clearly the Wanna be a Cop guy is unfit to be one. He demands that they guy leave at the same time that he has him boxed in??? He was just looking for an excuse to shoot the guy IMHO. And he is carrying as an armed Security Guard when he is not licensed to do that.

That is fucked up.

This happened on 29 May 21. The shooter, Mr. Gimbel the keeper of $5 dollar wooden pallets..was indicted for murder 2 and rightfully so. This is a text book example of how not to handle a confrontation when armed. Mr. Nelson (the deceased) was know to pick up wooden pallets with his 28 year old son, and collect a $5 dollar fee. Not saying that Mr. Nelson and wife might not have been a nuisance, but nothing to be shot in the face over. After all is said and done, I reckon the deceased’s wife Mrs. Nelson, will receive what will amount to only a “consolation prize” in the light of her husbands death. And most certainly will not be living in a trailer park anymore.
